
Have we ever realized that, we ask questions all the time?
Sometimes consciously, and most of the time unconsciously or subconsciously.
It’s helpful in discovering a person’s individual way of thinking and their mental blocks, and in applying specific mindsets to help them achieve their goals. The philosophy is simple: Asking the right questions gives people the answers they need to move forward in life.
Here are a few reasons why we ask questions:
- You discover something new.
- You put things together.
- You remember things.
- You resolve issues.
- You understand people better.
Questions helps us to elicit information from the person being addressed by.
There are 2 types of questions:
- Closed ended question
- Open ended question.
Both type of questions helps in different ways to different people and according to me open ended question helps most .

Closed ended questions:
- Was trip successful?
- Are you good?
- Do you get along with your colleagues?
Open ended questions:
- How would you do that?
- Why do you believe on this?
- What would happen,if you do this way?
